About Glacier View Meadows
Beautiful Name, Beautiful Place
Residents at Glacier View Meadows are graced with wondrous northeast vista views and the beautiful Mummy Range and experience rolling wooded mountain areas and rock outcroppings & boarded by the Roosevelt National Forest. Open meadows are host to native wildflower and grasses. Woodland areas of pine, fir, and aspen also harbor a variety of mountain wildlife. The elevation ranges from 7000-8000 feet.
Glacier View Meadows is jointly managed by two homeowner associations supported by annual HOA dues from property owners. The water and sewer association manages water delivery and waste water treatment for portions that are served by community water and sewer systems.
Many home sites require individual wells and septic systems. The road and recreation also provides year around road maintenance, assures wintertime access to homeowners driveways and manages ponds and recreational trails along the greenbelt areas.
First organized in the 1970s from what began as the Currie Ranch, Glacier View Meadows has grown through 12 successful filings to comprise approximately 1042 individual lots. Many vacant lots suitable for homes, camping areas or RV sites are available in wide range of mountain or meadow settings. Lot sizes range from 1/2 acre to 12 acre parcels. Horses are allowed on designated lots.
Glacier View Meadows is about lifestyle as much as location. This is the perfect place for those seeking outdoor recreation and mountain living, while only 45 minutes to downtown Fort Collins, Colorado.
